Yes. SMILE is the public-facing name for our independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit Querértaro Institute for the Empowerment of Children that exists solely to support Genius Academy. We work in close partnership with the school to provide direct funding for scholarships, programs, and additional resources that enhance the educational experience for all students supporting activities and opportunities that go beyond the school’s regular operating budget.

SMILE supports Genius Academy by providing both financial and in-kind donations that help fund scholarships and enrich educational programs beyond the school’s core curriculum. While Genius Academy is financially self-sustaining for its basic operations, SMILE enhances the student experience by offering resources for extracurricular initiatives, special projects, and student support services that might not otherwise be possible.
